A cacao ceremony is a spiritual ritual, rooted in ancient Meso-american traditions, focused on drinking pure, Organic and ceremonial grade cacao to open the heart, foster connection, inspire creativity and facilitate healing.
After serving, there is intention-setting, meditation, breath work, or gentle movement and a special blessing with the cacao acting as a plant medicine to enhance gratitude, emotional release, spiritual awareness and deep connection.

Shamanic drum journeys are an ancient technology practice that creates a relaxed enough state to shift consciousness enough for inner transformation. The rhyhmic beat of the drum along with gentle guided meditation can facilitate connection with inner wisdom or spiritual guides. for insight, to access healing, or retrieve information.
I offer both guided sessions and pre-recorded tracks with a callback beat to bring them back clearly and safely.

Spiritual Henna Ceremonies
Sacred Henna Activations are offered as a deeply intentional and grounding ritual that supports embodiment, alignment, and remembrance. Natural, organic henna—made by hand with love—becomes the medium through which intuitively guided symbols, sigils, or words are applied to the body. These markings act as energetic codes and anchors, lasting up to 2 weeks.
